How to Print Classroom PDF Activities on US Letter Paper

A quick print check can save paper and help keep activity pages readable. These steps apply to the US Letter PDFs currently sold in our shop.

Download before printing

Save the purchased PDF from your download page and open it in a PDF reader. Printing a website preview may include watermarks, browser headers or a cropped image.

Check paper size and scaling

Choose US Letter, 8.5 by 11 inches. Start with Fit to printable area if your printer cannot print to the edge. Review the preview to make sure all prompts and borders are visible.

Print one test page

Check legibility and writing space before printing a class set. The current products are designed in full color. If using grayscale, test contrast first; color results depend on the printer and paper.

Use single-sided printing for activities

Single-sided pages are usually easier to draw on, display and send home. For a pack, select only the pages you need in the print dialog.

Respect the product license

The current products permit one educator or household to print copies for their own classroom or home. Do not upload, redistribute or resell the PDF. Additional educators need their own license.
